Coming up in Port Charles
Kristina (Kate Mansi — who recently turned to a fellow soap star for inspiration) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) seem to be on the same page for once. They both want revenge on Ava (Maura West) for her part in the death of their baby. Will Kristina actually call the baby hers during this conversation with her sister? Just asking.
Meanwhile, Ava isn’t stupid. She knows Sonny (Maurice Benard) will be after her. But she does so love playing up her victim status when she can. Is that what she’s doing here? Although she is set to have a run-in with Carly (Laura Wright) today, who is she playing the “I’m in danger” card with? Agent Cates (Adam Harrington)?
Anna (Finola Hughes) remains shooketh over the fact that Brennan (Charles Mesure) is 1) Out of prison, 2) Living at the Metro Court Hotel, 3) The new Station Chief of Port Charles’s WSB office, and 4) Flirting with Carly. And, unfortunately for her, Brennan doesn’t give a damn.
Is it us, or does Cates always look surprised that Carly hates him with every fiber of her being? Why does he continue to come to the Metro Court? After all, the co-owner kicked him to the curb. Shouldn’t he seek refuge at Cafe Cherie or something?
In addition to Jason (Steve Burton) being Carly’s great best friend, one of his other talents is warning Sonny to watch his back. Is Jason alluding to Brennan’s sudden presence in Port Charles? It’s never good when the WSB makes itself known, is it?
Finally, Natalia (Eva LaRue) interfered in her daughter’s music career again. She pleaded with Kristina (Kate Mansi) to let her daughter go so Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) would agree to go on tour with Miguel Morez (Ricky Martin). The burning question: does Blaze leave town after she presumably fires her momager?
