General Hospital spoilers for December 18, 2023, reveal a doozy of a development when a confrontation erupts between Trina and Esme. Plus, feelings are in major flux with characters dealing with emotions of the good, bad, and ugly variety. You won’t want to miss a minute of this episode.
Obviously, the dynamic between Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is toxic. Despite Esme’s apparently permanent amnesiac status, Trina will never forget what that woman did to her. She won’t forget what she did to Joss (Eden McCoy) and Cameron (William Lipton) either. Plus, the single mom caused endless angst and drama for her boyfriend while she and Ace lived in close quarters with Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez).
For the most part, the rivals haven’t shared much face time as of late. But that’s about to come to an end when the two bump heads for what’s sure to be an epic confrontation (maybe Trina’s not going soft on Esme after all). Will Trina, hopefully, experience the cathartic moment she needs after standing up to Esme?
Recently, Sonny (Maurice Benard) advised Kristina (Kate Mansi) about making sure she doesn’t neglect her personal life. Blaze’s name might have come up during this conversation along with a big smile on her face. Kristina did mention having other priorities and that she’d get to that part of her life eventually. Interestingly enough, even though she’s entering into this surrogacy pregnancy pact with her sister, Kristina starts to realize her feelings for Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) have grown.
On the flip side of this positivity and love, it doesn’t seem like Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ (Tajh Bellow) can catch a break. The couple receives news that won’t make them happy. If this news blocks their path to becoming parents, will they be able to persevere and figure out a way to overcome this latest obstacle?

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) must come clean to Anna (Finola Hughes) about the contents of the mysterious package he found in Forsythe’s locker. Why? First, the detective and the ex-spy are suddenly working together after each vowing to go their own way. Second, they actually make a discovery. Seems like if anybody has any clue to what those contents are all about, it’d be Anna.
Finally, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) are not so shockingly in a state of bliss after their engagement. Well, their happiness and joy for their impending wedding morphs into a different state of bliss. Look for these two to get into the holiday spirit. Does anyone want to bet that this will involve Chase breaking out into a Christmas song?
