The General Hospital spoilers for October 19 suggest that Jason calls out Serena, which means he didn’t fall for hers or Lucy’s plan to squeeze the Quartermaines out of Deception. Elsewhere, Anna checks in on Sonny, while Trina is unsettled.
Key Takeaways
- Jason potentially sees through Lucy and Serena’s scheme.
- Trina grows increasingly uneasy as Quinn’s mysterious intentions raise red flags.
- Anna reaches out to Sonny, while Britt considers an intriguing offer, and Lucas gives Cary the third degree.
Jason Isn’t So Easily Fooled
Lucy’s plan to regain control of Deception relied on Jason (Steve Burton) signing away Michael’s shares while Michael (Rory Gibson) was in Baden-Baden. And it relied on Jason being so distracted or disarmed that he would sign the proxy without reading it.
Lucy (Lynn Herring) also thinks Serena (Kelly Kruger) could get involved with one of the Q guys, and just like that, they would give her daughter whatever she wanted. In what world? The video sneak peek at the end of Friday’s episode featured Jason giving Serena one more chance to explain the document’s details.
Sounds like Jason will call Serena out and isn’t about to be tricked anytime soon. Serena was reluctant to do this. But she did her mother a favor. Will she regret it?
Trina Senses Something Isn’t Right
Trina’s car trouble led her to hitch a ride with Quinn (Jequan Jackson), who said he needed to make a stop. He wanted to drop something off at his sister’s, he said.
Instead, he took a very trusting Trina (Tabyana Ali) to a room that reeked of romance and rose petals. In the last shot of Trina before the episode ended, the singer looked unsettled. Expect more of that vibe on Monday.
Anna Reaches Out to Sonny
Meanwhile, Anna (Finola Hughes) checks in on Sonny (Maurice Benard). Anna is trying to heal from her recent breakdown. Sonny failed to get his peers back, thanks to Joss (Eden McCoy). And the world thinks he’s responsible for Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Curtis’s (Donnell Turner) current hospital stays.
Maybe they’ll chat about Joss’s actions, since Carly (Laura Wright) has enlisted Anna to try to mentor her daughter through the highs, lows, and twisted scenarios that come with being a WSB agent. Or they could talk about Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), who thinks that Sonny ordered the beating.
In Other Port Charles News
It’s a good bet that either Joss or Anna may be topics of conversation when Carly (Laura Wright) has an intense chat with Lucas (Van Hansis). Look for Lucas to give his sister the third degree.
And finally, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) makes an intriguing deal, most likely with that guy who stuck around the Brown Dog after Britt’s latest tirade sent her coworkers fleeing to Lucas and Joe’s (Jonathan Bennett) place.
The Friday sneak peek also featured the PC newbie saying, “This offer is good for only you.” Why does Britt look like she wants to say yes…immediately?
