In the October 16 episode of General Hospital, Trina’s car broke down, and Quinn was there to save her. Trina was reluctant at first, but agreed to let him help. It turned out her first instincts were correct.
Key Takeaways
- Trina had car trouble.
- Quinn saved the day and then took her someplace unexpected.
- Trina may not be in danger just yet.
The Last Thing Trina Needed
While one of Trina’s (Tabyana Ali) songs played in the background, her stalker’s shrine to her popped up on screen. There was also a close-up of receipt from a flower shop, which proved the stalker sent the flowers Trina received at her show with Gio (Giovanni Mazza).
Outside of the Jerome gallery, Trina’s car stalled just as Gio canceled their recording session. Trina was flustered when Quinn (Jequan Jackson) suddenly appeared outside her passenger window.
Trina was freaked out at him being there at first, but explained her situation. Quinn offered to drive her home, which Trina reluctantly agreed to so she wouldn’t have to wait for roadside assistance.
Quinn Leaves Trina Stunned
In the car, Quinn gushed over Trina’s new song. Quinn also talked about the flowers that she got at the Cat’s Eye Lounge.
Trina was taken aback when Quinn missed the turn to take her home. Quinn revealed he had to stop by his sister’s place quickly, which led Trina to joke that he had to tell a woman about any side plans before she got in a car.
They arrived at a house. Trina went inside first and saw the house set for a romantic evening. Quinn entered the house and asked if she liked it. Trina was left shocked and shaken.
Is Quinn Really Trina’s Stalker?
From the second that Quinn came back on the scene, GH has alluded to him being Trina’s stalker. Quinn’s latest move doesn’t necessarily debunk that theory.
However, there are reasons why it may not be him. Quinn comes across more as having a crush on Trina or maybe being in love with her, but not obsessed. Anytime Quinn’s on-screen, he’s more like a lost puppy dog.
It’s not just the way that Quinn looks at Trina that hints it’s not him. The fact that GH keeps pointing to him is a sure sign it isn’t.
GH never goes with the obvious choice, especially so early in the story. The fall preview for the ABC soap teased that Trina’s stalker lands her and Emma (Braedyn Bruner) in serious trouble.
Exposing Quinn now doesn’t fit with that tease. Plus, it was very lackluster, and that’s not Port Charles style. Many fans think the stalker is Trina’s not-so-dead boyfriend Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez).
We hope that is the case, too, but for now, we are not convinced it’s Quinn, even after his latest stunt.
