General Hospital spoilers for Friday, September 20, focus on characters facing danger, feeling uneasy, and in a complaining type of mood. We hear you, Ned. We hear you.
Jason (Steve Burton) and Anna (Finola Hughes) — all decked out in a fabulous dress and white tuxedo jacket — are attempting to complete their mission. They simply need to work together to infiltrate the place holding Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) and extract him from his four-walled prison.
That means facing Sidwell (Carlo Rota — who talks about his new daytime experience) and his posse of assassins and thugs. Thankfully, the mob man and the former spy know how to navigate these treacherous waters. And while Jason and Anna are in great danger, who’s betting on their surviving and completing their mission?

Back in Port Chuck, Brennan (Charles Mesure) always looks like he not only thrives on knowing the meaning of life, but he also takes extra enjoyment in everybody else’s being clueless about it. So, we imagine Robert (Tristan Rogers) will be hella frustrated when he interrogates Brennan. First, what’s the topic of this question session? And second, how heated will the conversation between the former and current WSB operative get?
Meanwhile, Curtis (Donnell Turner) has a big decision to make. Does this involve potentially running Aurora Media with Michael (Chad Duell) while Drew (Cameron Mathison) is off campaigning for Congress? Personally, we prefer his PI days. However, we’re slowly warming up to this idea. After all, should he take on his key high-stakes position, he and GH co-Chief of Staff Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) could be Port Charles’s next power couple. That is until doctors redo Heather’s (Alley Mills) lab tests. Ruh roh.

You bet Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is uneasy. How could she not be? She finally knows that Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) knows about her kiss with Drew (Cameron Mathison). Plus, she’s somehow feeling the feels for Drew, and she doesn’t know how to handle it except to stay away from him. And as we all know, that tactic isn’t quite working. So what will Willow do to ease her uneasiness? Is it time to come clean with Michael?
Finally, we get some quality Ned (Wally Kurth) and Lois (Rena Sofer) time. Lately, she’s been worried about trolls and haters, and she’s taken extreme measures, such as etiquette lessons, in response. But why does Ned suddenly need to vent to his ex-wife? Is this about Tracy’s (Jane Elliot) very bad mood, ELQ, or something else entirely?
