In addition to Jason and Tracy sharing a moment of connection, General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, September 18, 2025, will also focus on Molly keeping a secret and Britt swallowing her pride.
Next on General Hospital
This week, Jason (Steve Burton), Tracy (Jane Elliot), and the Quartermaines will experience the loss of a loved one. After Jason delivers the somber news, the grieving begins.
Look for Tracy and Jason to share a moment of connection. Thankfully, Jason’s moving back to the Quartermaine mansion means he was able to spend time with Monica (the late Leslie Charleson). If he hadn’t moved in to take care of Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) after Sam (Kelly Monaco) died, he wouldn’t be able to say that. Because of this, he and Tracy have also had some more face time. So the two are undoubtedly able to turn to each other — even momentarily — because they feel each other’s pain. They’ll get what each other’s going through.
In other news, Molly (Kristen Vaganos) keeps a secret. This is new and different. Usually, people keep secrets from Molly. Most recently, she is unaware that Kristina (Kate Mansi), Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and Ava (Maura West) are keeping her dad hostage in Alexis’s basement. So what secret does Molly learn? And does this have to do with Cody (Josh Kelly), her dad, or something bigger like the Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) case?
Who Needs Pride?
If Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) swallows her pride, as the teasers suggest, then she might double back to Nina’s since she needs a place to stay. She also needs money until she can get her life in the land of the living back on track. Sure, Liesl (Kathleen Gati) warned Nina (Cynthia Watros) not to give in to Britt’s requests.
But Nina seemed like she wanted to help. This could also involve Britt swallowing her pride and facing Portia (Brook Kerr) and Terry (Cassandra James) at GH. She needs to make her own money, and she probably needs access to a lab to do her thing. So she might ask them for a job. The GH weekly video preview showed a little bit of that.
Requests and Reveals
Gio (Giovanni Mazza) asking Sonny (Maurice Benard) for a favor must mean Outback is still missing. Gio told Braedyn Bruner’s Emma (when sparks weren’t flying and they were almost kissing) that he would ask his granddad for reward money.
This would give Port Charles residents extra incentive to return the missing pup. Will Cody cash in since he knows where Outback is? Will Sonny even need to give Gio the money, considering Cody already knows where the dog is?
Finally, Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) confides in Lulu (Alexa Havins). Does the daughter tell her mother how much she misses Valentin (James Patrick Stuart)? This could be the conversation that gets Lulu to approve Jack’s (Chris McKenna) request. Charlotte may get to go to Steinmauer to see her father in person after all.
