In addition to the Who Shot Drew investigation continuing, General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, September 10, 2025, will also focus on Trina confiding in Emma and Carly advising Lulu.

The “Who Shot Drew” case takes center stage. Anna (Finola Hughes), Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), and Chase (Josh Swickard) have lined up their top suspects, and now they need to find out what they have to say. On Wednesday, look for Anna and Dante to question another suspect.
Meanwhile, that leaves Chase to deal with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). When Willow confers with Chase, what is she seeking? Advice, support, or something else?
Anna knows they’re all riding a fine line. They know these suspects up close and personal. But they’re also in a favorable position. The persons of interest could also let their guard down around them. So what does Willow have to say for herself?
Nina and Trina
Since Drew (Cameron Mathison) was shot, Nina (Cynthia Watros) has tried to show her daughter that she’ll stay loyal and protect her. She gave her a flimsy alibi that the cops knew was false. She has also had to deal with the return of Jacinda (Paige Herschell). According to the teasers, Nina receives a tempting proposition. Does this have to do with Jacinda?
Elsewhere, Trina (Tabyana Ali) needs support. After all, at least one of her parents is a suspect in the Drew shooting, and her other parent should be right up there with him on the suspect list. Her main bestie, Joss (Eden McCoy), is dealing with her own danger drama in Croatia. So, Trina confides in Emma (Braedyn Bruner). Will she let Emma in on the fact that she and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) were at Drew’s house the night someone shot him?
Carly and Lulu
Finally, Carly (Laura Wright) advises Lulu (Alexa Havins). This may be because of her latest Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) teaching moment. Charlotte driving Scout (Cosette Abinante) to the Quartermaine mansion without telling anyone scared her family.
As a result, Lulu was quickly reminded that her daughter isn’t afraid to do the wrong thing for the right reason. She got that from Lulu. But Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is also a huge influence on Charlotte, and that fact probably makes Lulu nervous. Is this what Lulu wants to talk to Carly about? Carly knows about having a shady baby daddy, after all.
