The next General Hospital spoilers video for Tuesday, October 22, 2024, focuses on a goodbye, a tense conversation, and a dangerous transplant surgery.
Coming up in Port Charles
Marshall’s (Robert Gossett) headed out on tour, so it’s time to bid him a proper adieu. Curtis (Donnell Turner) sets up a party at The Savoy. This is where he confidently tells his dad, “It is time to show the world what you can do!”
Nina (Cynthia Watros) senses that Ava (Maura West) is into Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst). Since teasers suggest Nina is appalled in Tuesday’s episode, should we guess that she doesn’t take this news well?

Ric approaches Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), causing her to say, “What have you done now?” She’s clearly getting ready to receive news that most likely will unleash holy hell on Port Charles. News like Heather Webber (Alley Mills) is free.
Meanwhile, it sounds like Jordan (Tanisha Harper) is hyping Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) up for Lulu’s (Alexa Havins) transplant surgery. Hopefully, Jordan’s faith in the good but reluctant transplant surgeon will give him that extra push he needs to give Lulu the best odds possible.

The other half of the big surgery is Sam (Kelly Monaco), who tells someone she thought they were doing the surgery. Is she talking to Lucas (Van Hansis)? Hopefully, he’s part of the surgical team operating on Sam and Lulu.
Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) opens up to his dad before Sam goes under the knife. He seems super overwhelmed by everything that is going on in his life. This must be why he reveals to Sonny (Maurice Benard) that he never saw any of this coming.

Finally, it all comes down to Anna (Finola Hughes) versus Holly (Emma Samms). In the promo, The Commish does not look happy. What clues us in? The fact Anna tells Holly, “This is low, even for you.”
