The next General Hospital spoilers video for Wednesday, November 20, 2024, shows Jason counseling Danny while Portia has Sam’s autopsy findings.

Coming up in Port Charles

Liz (Rebecca Herbst) says to Lucky (Jonathan Jackson), “You do have to make the decision.” It’s most likely the decision to either stay or leave Port Charles. It seems that Liz is on pins and needles waiting for him to decide and has finally had enough, so she’s pressing him to choose his family or save the world one encampment at a time. Weekly teasers say that she gets alarming news. Could that be related to Lucky’s choice?

Portia (Brook Kerr) says to someone on the phone, “We have the results from your sister’s autopsy.” So now they know why Sam died. Was it foul play? There’s still the issue of Lulu’s (Alexa Havins) ventilator going wonky for no reason, so a killer could be afoot in the hospital.

Molly (Kristen Vaganos) tells someone, “That’s not an option,” and teasers indicate that she discloses Ric’s (Rick Hearst) plan to have Ava (Maura West) testify. Odds are, she’s reacting to that and will try to put the kibosh on it.

Meanwhile, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) asks Kristina (Kate Mansi), “Is Sam dead because of me?” The blame game is a fun Port Charles pastime, whether someone is blaming themselves or someone else for something. But, coming up, Dante and Kristina want justice, so maybe foul play was involved in Sam’s death.

Jason (Steve Burton) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) have a heart-to-heart, and Jason tells him that what happened between him and Drew (Cameron Mathison) stays between him and Drew. That’s probably better than, “Yeah, so I beat the crap out of your uncle because he’s a lousy philanderer.”

Finally, Cyrus (Jeff Kober) sits by Lulu and says, with a weird sing-songy cadence, “I’m gonna take care of you.” Lulu doesn’t know that her uncle is seemingly reformed, so imagine her horror when she wakes up to that. If she doesn’t have amnesia, she’ll yell for the nurses as soon as possible.
