The next General Hospital spoilers video for Friday, June 6, 2025, shows Nina warning Drew to choose his next move carefully while Sasha asks Jason for one last favor, and Sonny lobbies for a compromise.

Holding her newborn at the hospital, a smiling Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) tells Jason (Steve Burton), “I have one more favor to ask.” Somehow, we think it’s not as big an ask as pretending to be her baby’s father. While these two may have had a few sparks, she might end up getting back together with Michael (Rory Gibson).

Marco (Adrian Anchondo) says to Sidwell (Carlo Rota), “This is the last thing you want.” Is he referring to Natalia’s (Eva LaRue) DUI? It could be because the next shot shows her at the police station, telling someone on the phone, “I’m in real trouble.”
Elsewhere, Anna (Finola Hughes) says to someone, “You’re gonna need more than mudslinging to do it.” She’s outside at night, so who could she be addressing? Drew (Cameron Mathison)? Ezra (Daniel Cosgrove)? Those guys excel at mudslinging.

Carly (Laura Wright) asks someone, “Would you continue to lie to me?” Carly’s probably trying to find out if Jason would’ve kept pretending Sasha was carrying his baby if she hadn’t confessed under pressure on the witness stand.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) tells Michael, “Sometimes compromise is the only solution.” After years of dealing with custody issues, Sonny knows what he’s talking about so Michael better heed his words.

And Nina tells Drew, “If you do that, we will both lose Willow.” Perhaps he wants to confess to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) that he and Nina used to sleep together, or that he knows Nina arranged for Jacinda to drug him with Ketamine.
