Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson) enters Kai’s (Jens Austin Astrup) hospital room bearing stuffed animals and balloons and asks, “Hoping for a sender in particular?” Clearly, she’s guessing that he hopes Trina (Tabyana Ali) had sent him those things. Hopefully, his football career isn’t ruined by his injury.

An indignant Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) says to Nina (Cynthia Watros), “You are asking me to bow down to Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard)?” Seriously? She has the gall to get all huffy about Carly and Sonny when she’s denying them access to their son in his hour of need? Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) disgusting behavior is probably rubbing off on her.
Gio (Giovanni Mazza) is at the Quartermaine stable and must have asked Cody (Josh Kelly) how he was doing because the cowboy answered, “Trust me, dude, you don’t wanna know.” He’s most likely bumming out because he lost the $50k that Drew gave him on the PCU football game.

Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) tells Chase (Josh Swickard), “I wish I had a fraction of your optimism.” They’re at the hospital, so she’s probably fretting about Michael (Chad Duell). Or is she talking about her and Chase trying to get pregnant? Either way, there’s a lot of worry going around Port Charles for many reasons.

Tracy (Jane Elliot) lets Carly have it by yelling, “That woman’s life was never the same the moment you set foot in this town!” She’s probably referring to Monica (Leslie Charleson) because Tracy and even Jason (Steve Burton) feel that an ailing Monica needs Willow and Michael’s kids close right now. What a big mess this whole Michael thing has become!
