Chase (Josh Swickard) tells Detective Joe (Jonathan Bennett), “You can close the book on the Ashford accident.” That sure sounds like Chase is preparing to turn Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) in, which could put the final nail in their already shaky marriage.
Meanwhile, Trina (Tabyana Ali) asks someone, “Where do we go from here?” She may be wondering whether she can still work with Brook Lynn on her music career after learning the truth, especially now that BLQ’s confession has added another painful layer to Curtis’ (Donnell Turner) situation.
Elsewhere, Tracy (Jane Elliot) gives Brook Lynn a reality check, explaining, “A spiral could have consequences for you and for Phoebe.” Considering everything crashing down around BLQ right now, Tracy may be telling her granddaughter to pull herself together before things get even worse.
