The next General Hospital spoilers video for Thursday, February 20, 2025, shows Elizabeth trying to save Lucky while Anna has an important meeting with Laura and Jordan, and Jason has a big decision to make.
Coming up in Port Charles
Anna (Finola Hughes) tells Jordan (Tanisha Harper) and Laura (Genie Francis), “That’s something that only the PCPD should find out.” Weekly teasers show that Laura gets shocking news, and Jordan strategizes. Anna’s either telling them about the Cyrus investigation, or they told her about Sidwell (Carlo Rota) moving into Port Charles.

Curtis (Donnell Turner) informs Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson), “There may be a favor that only you can provide.” Meanwhile, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) says to Lulu (Alexis Havins), “I wish you’d know the Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) that I do.”
Elsewhere, Chase (Josh Swickard) explains to Brook Lynn, “It’s not enough, but it’s all I can do.” He could be talking about supporting her in the aftermath of their devastating news.

At his new house, Drew (Cameron Mathison) asks Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), “Tell me you want the same thing.” Creepy Drew wants his nephew’s wife to take her kids and move in with him. The fact that she seems hesitant means that some of what people have warned her about Drew is starting to sink in.
On a bench, Jason (Steve Burton) seems to be talking to the universe and states, “Just one thing holding me back.” Odds are that he’s contemplating whether or not he should go against Anna’s request and kill Cyrus (Jeff Kober).

Meanwhile, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is giving CPR chest compressions to Lucky (temporarily Guy Wilson) and orders, “Come on Lucky, you gotta stay with me!” When we saw them last, Lucky and Cyrus fought. And the baddie went down, but not before injecting Lucky with Digitalis. The villain may have escaped while Liz tried saving Lucky’s life because…
…Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is at the cabin that Austin (ex-Roger Howarth) bought and turns around in surprise when the door opens. It’s most likely Cyrus, and therefore, Joss is in big trouble. But she might use Dex’s gun to kill the psychopath.
