In addition to Cody confiding in Maxie, General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, October 30, focus on heart-to-heart conversations and someone making a slip of the tongue.
Cody (Josh Kelly) decks Drew (Cameron Mathison) and then spills the wannabe Congressman’s extracurricular activities. It was definitely a rewind and rewatch moment. Sorry, not sorry, Drew! We didn’t expect the Drew/Willow secret to come out like that, but we’re here for it.
Poor Cody. His life imploded with the news that he and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) are first cousins. To numb the pain, he got drunk and belligerent and, naturally, wanted to burn the world down because his world was burning. It just so happens he may have burned Drew’s world in the process. Thankfully, Cody’s able to confide in Maxie (Kirsten Storms), who is family. She knows all about his and Sasha’s predicament. Will he tell her what he did to Drew? And if he does, will she advise him what to do next?

While Cody has a choice to feel either righteous or regretful about what he did, Drew has to be in fix-it or spin mode. Politicians do that on a regular basis, right? So, when Drew offers reassurance, who is he talking to? In fact, who does he try to explain himself to first? Michael walked away after Drew confessed to kissing Willow. Does he catch up to Michael to explain his actions further?

As for Sasha, she suddenly makes a slip of the tongue. What is this all about? More importantly, who was she talking to in the preview that aired at the end of Tuesday’s episode? That’s what we want to know.
At the hospital, Sam (an exiting Kelly Monaco) is out of surgery and in stable condition. However, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Rocco (Finn Francis Carr) take the opportunity to have another heart-to-heart. Does he tell his son that he asked Sam to marry him and wants to know his thoughts on that? How will Rocco react to that if this is the case?

Finally, does something start to go wrong with Sam in the Wednesday episode? According to teasers, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is alarmed. And if she’s reacting to something that causes alarm, then it can’t be good. If this isn’t about Sam, is it about her other two daughters who can’t set aside their war to be there to support Sam?
