In addition to Sasha confiding in Nina, General Hospital spoilers for Friday, October 25, focus on female-centric teasers that also include Elizabeth, Diane, Anna, and Laura. Plus, Alexis awaits news on Sam.
According to GH’s “Next on” preview for Friday’s episode, Robert might have the results of the paternity test, and we’re thankful for that. Honestly, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) needs to know sooner rather than later. And so do we.
Sasha is also set to confide in Nina (Cynthia Watros), the woman she once tried to trick into thinking was her mom. Thankfully, the two have long moved past that awkwardness and betrayal. They’ve developed a true connection, one Sasha probably wishes she had with her mom. How will Nina take the news of Holly being Sasha’s mom? More importantly, what advice will she give her? Because Nina will no doubt continue to support her. And, hopefully, sometime soon, a Holly (Emma Samms)/Nina confrontation can happen.

Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Lulu (Alexa Havins) are finally in surgery. Look for Anna (Finola Hughes) to check in on Laura (Genie Francis). After all, the mayor has spent weeks, months, and years worrying about her comatose daughter. After things took a turn for the worse, there’s a glimmer of hope that this transplant surgery can prevent her from slipping away from her family permanently. One thing on the agenda for this conversation: Anna vows to find Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and bring back Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez).
Meanwhile, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is free, which means she can wait for news about Sam so she can be there for her daughter’s needs. Alexis is probably lamenting the last time she and all her daughters were together. Things didn’t go well when Molly’s (Kristen Vaganos) and Kristina’s (Kate Mansi) war overshadowed Sam’s news. It got so bad that Sam even asked Maxie (Kirsten Storms) to run interference for her because she didn’t want to deal with their insanity.

In the midst of the turmoil and dangerous operations, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) actually gets a happy surprise. Presumably, she is able to reconnect with her brother, who’s back in town…for a reason. Curtis will make it worth his while to get Heather (Alley Mills) out of town. Will Elizabeth and Steve (Scott Reeves) be able to make this happen? It would be in everyone’s best interests if they were successful.

Finally, Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) is stunned. Oh, she must find out about the instant daughter news from Robert (Tristan Rogers). Diane’s not an insecure woman by any means, but when a threat makes herself known, she’ll fight back. And that’s what Holly might represent to her. After the stunned phase is over, how will she react? Will she support Robert?
