In addition to Laura and Lucky’s emotional reunion, General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, October 10, focus on a hopeful Dante, a bossy Sonny, and a reluctant Jason.
Laura (Genie Francis) is finally back in Port Charles after an extended time away looking for Lucky (Jonathan Jackson). Well, he’s already made his way back to town. On top of that, he’s in a dark, self-destructive place. And even though he’s grown, sometimes you need your mom.
Look for Lucky and Laura to have an emotional reunion. Hopefully, she’ll be able to convince her son that he’s still worthy of all that’s good in the world despite the fact that he’s not a viable donor for Lulu. Laura will also be somebody who could help Lucky find another purpose. In this case, maybe he can put aside his anger in favor of finding someone who can donate a portion of their liver to Lulu.

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) recently had to give Rocco (Finn Carr) a very strongly toned pep talk. After all, his son had just learned that Lucky couldn’t help his mom even though he was a match. And now the detective is feeling hopeful. What’s the source of that optimism? Is it Laura’s return?
Meanwhile, Jason (Steve Burton) has had to deal with all these emotions. Not that anyone could tell. Let’s see, he almost died in Somalia. Also, he and Anna (Finola Hughes) kissed. Plus, he has to deal with Carly’s (Laura Wright) fascination with Brennan (Charles Mesure). Not to mention his getting rid of the gun that killed Agent Cates (Adam J. Harrington). Suddenly, Jason is reluctant about something. Could it have to do with Sonny (Maurice Benard) and the Cates situation?

Sonny has a bit of a problem—actually, lots of problems. But the one where he eliminated the FBI agent has to be at the top of the list. Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is sitting in prison while he’s free. How’s that fair? Needless to say, he’ll do what it takes to ensure neither of them pays the price for his actions. And so it’s no surprise that he issues orders to Diane (Carolyn Hennesy). How easy or difficult will his request be to fulfill?
Finally, Michael (Chad Duell) runs interference. Michael is acting a little underhanded and sneaky, so this has to be Sonny-related, right? He already is keeping a whopper of a secret about the night of the murder. Who benefits from him running this interference?
