In addition to Drew learning his electoral fate, General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, November 13, focus on Jason, who opens up to Spinelli, and Maxie, who confronts Nina.
Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) campaign life has been riddled with multiple personal woes. However, he’s lucky nothing has gone over-the-top viral—not even Cody’s (Josh Kelly) little outburst at the Brown Dog. Since GH hasn’t focused too much on the day-to-day details of his election journey (thankfully), we have no idea whether he stands a good chance of winning or losing.
On Wednesday, Drew learns about his electoral fate. At this point, he undoubtedly should want to win desperately. After all, he and Michael (Chad Duell) are transitioning from family and Aurora Media buds into rivalry territory. Jason (Steve Burton) is about to give him a taste of his fists of fury. And Nina (Cynthia Watros) has no idea he slept with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). She just knows about the kissing. Yeah, Drew should look forward to those frequent trips to the nation’s capital. In fact, he may want to pack enough for longer stays and return to Port Charles when the uproar over his shenanigans dies down.

Speaking of Jason, he has more on his plate than just his wannabe congressman brother. Jason lost Sam (Kelly Monaco) and has to find a way to step up for his son, who’s looking to him for everything right now. Where Sam’s kids are going to live might evolve into a big source of contention. Does he even know Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) thinks she should raise Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Scout (Cosette Abinate)? After all, Jason and Drew have neglected that part of their personas — the parental part — for quite some time. All of this must be weighing on Jason’s mind. As a result, Jason opens up to Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). This is good. Jason will have help figuring out his life.
Then there’s Maxie (Kirsten Storms), who is really good at finding out people’s secrets. Teasers suggest Maxie confronts Nina. Using the word “confronts” is key here. That means this conversation should be challenging. Usually, Maxie and Nina are honest with each other. So, is this about Nina and Drew’s relationship and her motivations for sleeping with him and not telling Willow about it?

Since Brook Lynn’s (Amanda Setton) wedding and Lois’s Pygmalion storyline, which saw her briefly (thankfully) lose her accent in favor of a slow, more sophisticated sound, we haven’t seen much of Lois. But she’s keeping an eye on Gio (Giovanni Mazza), and Brook Lynn and Chase (Josh Swickard) are talking about making her a grandmother. However, when Lois (Rena Sofer) is suspicious of something or someone, what is this all about? Living in that Quartermaine mansion, she could get suspicious of Willow and Drew or even Michael and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). Are we about to get more of busy body Lois?

Finally, Natalia (Eva LaRue) is fresh off that accident a grieving and distracted Kristina (Kate Mansi) caused. While they waited for Sonny (Maurice Benard), they talked about Kristina’s losses — the baby she carried and Sam. Kristina asked Natalia about Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez), who was still not talking to Natalia. Is this why the Deception CFO is remorseful on Wednesday? Is she thinking about her daughter?
