The General Hospital spoilers for Monday, March 23, 2026, focus on siblings Britt and Nathan. While Britt is in the line of fire, Nathan thwarts Brennan. Additionally, Sidwell pressures Laura. Something tells us that Laura won’t respond well to the crime lord’s aggressive tactics.

Key Takeaways

  • Britt is under threat as her escape plan hits major obstacles
  • Nathan steps in and thwarts Brennan’s search for answers
  • Sidwell pressures Laura, pushing her further into a corner
  • Lucas confides in Carly while Tracy gives Brook Lynn something to think about.

Britt’s Targeted

If Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is in the line of fire, as the teasers suggest, it’s not a surprise. She and Jason (Steve Burton) were close to getting out of Dodge. Sure, Jason didn’t capitalize on permanently eliminating Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). He probably wishes he had, however.

One positive thing is that Britt has her meds, including an extra dose. As a result, Brick (Stephen A. Smith, who recently gave John Oliver some tips) will be able to get it reverse-engineered, and she will no longer be dependent on the likes of Cullum and Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Unfortunately, her escape from Port Charles will get even more complicated. She’s under threat, and Rocco (Finn Carr) is also observing her from afar. Plus, there’s a hold-up with Jason. He’s wanted at the precinct. Apparently, there’s a warrant out for him, courtesy of the WSB, and now he has to show his face at the PCPD.

Will Britt be able to stay safe until Jason figures out how to evade the WSB?

Brennan’s Blocked

At the end of Friday’s GH, Nathan (Ryan Paevey) walked into Britt’s room, and he ran into Brennan (Chris McKenna), who was searching through his sister’s things. He didn’t take too kindly to that. The drama continues on Monday, when Nathan thwarts Brennan and prevents the WSB Station Chief from finding whatever he was hoping to find in Britt’s room above Bobbie’s.

Leveraging Laura

There will be more friction as Sidwell and Laura (Genie Francis) go head-to-head on Monday. Laura hates everything about the compromised position she is currently in. Sidwell, of course, doesn’t care. He probably has another task for Laura that goes directly against everything she stands for.

Laura already announced Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) as Drew’s replacement. And the mayor did her best to grin and bear it while she made it possible for Sidwell’s helicopters to fly through a previously no-fly zone. And while Tracy (Jane Elliot) says she’ll find a way to stop it, Sidwell continues to get his way time after time.

Look for Sidwell to pressure Laura again. And he won’t care if she tries to bite back. He’ll burn the world down to get what he wants. He has already proved that.

In Other Port Charles News

Finally, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) talks to Tracy about the baby Jane Doe — Phoebe — that Brook Lynn and Chase (Josh Swickard) are about to foster. Tracy will give her granddaughter some food for thought, like only she can.

And finally, Lucas (Van Hansis) opens up to Carly (Laura Wright). We’re thinking that this shouldn’t be a conflicted conversation. He knows now that Carly was right, and she simply wanted to look out for her brother. He may have been oblivious for a long time, but Lucas now sees clearly. Well, mostly clearly. He still loves Marco (Adrian Anchondo, who recently reflected on his one-year anniversary) and wants to be with him despite all the drama and the baggage between them.
