General Hospital Spoilers July 26: Sonny Unleashes His Rage

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, July 26, focus on characters driving a hard bargain and receiving propositions. Then there’s Sonny, who becomes enraged. Doesn’t Port Charles know by now not to make Sonny angry? You don’t want to see him when he’s angry.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) doesn’t have much to be happy about these days. But he sure does have a lot to be angry about. Despite making inroads with people, he continues to live an isolated life. And on the immediate horizon is a custody battle with his ex-roomie and mom to Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola). Ava (Maura West) is not backing down, and it’s starting to ruffle his feathers greatly.

Of course, swallowing tampered bipolar pills may have something to do with his evergrowing bad mood. His temper has been flaring, and everybody knows he will eventually blow. Actually, Ava and Scott (Kin Shriner) are counting on that. So, it’s unsurprising that Sonny is suddenly enraged.

Propositions and Hard Bargains

While Sonny’s world implodes, Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) life has vastly improved. She’s mostly playing nice — she’s even on better terms with Sonny. So why is she driving a hard bargain? And who’s on the receiving end of her tough negotiating? (Guess who’s returning to Port Charles?)

Meanwhile, Jason (Steve Burton), who’s on the verge of leaving his family and friends behind (again), is set to receive a proposition. Question: Does this proposition mean he no longer has to exit Port Charles? Does this mess with Cates’s (Adam Harrington) plan to send him on another mission?

Port Charles Potpourri

Lately, Diane (Carolyn Hennesy — who announced a new addition to her home) has turned her attention to Sonny’s problems. However, Jason continues to keep the lawyer busy. Apparently, seeking out Anna (Finola Hughes) is on her immediate agenda. If this is about Jason, what message does she give Anna? Because lord knows Jason is counting on Anna getting him out from under Cates’s thumb.

Finally, Kristina (Kate Mansi) is caught off-guard. And we don’t necessarily think this concerns the recent Perez Hilton interview. This has to be about the sudden legal situation that pops up regarding her surrogacy. Are TJ (Tajh Bellow) and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) the ones who catch Kristina off-guard? Is this her reaction to learning that her sister and her domestic partner want her to sign away her parental rights?
