In addition to Michael finding himself in danger, General Hospital spoilers for Monday, January 6, focus on a distraught Willow and an angry Brad.
Drama and disaster have been building for Michael (Chad Duell), especially in the last few weeks. His wife somehow fell for someone else while married to him. And now Willow (Katelyn MacMullen — who talks Willow and Nina) has moved out of the Quartermaine compound and into Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) place…with the kids. On top of that, she sees Drew (Cameron Mathison) as her hero and Michael as a zero.
Also, after Michael sleeps with Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), she tells him she’s pregnant and that she doesn’t want him to be a father to her baby, which has to be a little demoralizing. Michael’s in such a dark place. He even engineered kicking Drew off the Aurora Media throne. And now Michael is in danger. At the end of this impending disaster, will Michael be Port Charles’s latest casualty? Or the next coma victim that will need months and maybe years of recovery to heal physically?

When Willow is distraught, is this before anything happens with Michael? After all, she does have a lot to be distraught about. Her marriage to Michael is on its last legs. She wants a relationship with someone she shouldn’t. Does she learn about Nina and Drew’s hookups? Or is this about whatever happens to Michael, who, as we know, is in danger this week?
While the nurse is distraught, GH lab tech Brad (Parry Shen) lashes out. Is this a solo lashing out? Is he angry at himself for something that happens? Does he try to connect with Lucas (Van Hansis — one of 2024’s Biggest Soap Recasts), but it doesn’t work? Will his trip to the upcoming medical conference be canceled? Why is Brad lashing out? More importantly, does he have a right to his anger in this instance?

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) has vowed to get justice for her late boyfriend, Dex (formerly Evan Hofer). She is determined to find out how the rookie cop checked into GH, and after a successful surgery, he suddenly died. Viewers know he was a victim of the Digitalis killer (Jeff Kober’s Cyrus Renault), but when Josslyn makes a discovery, does she get closer to the truth? Do we need to call her Nancy Drew from here on out?

Finally, Carly (Laura Wright) vents to Jason (Steve Burton). What’s on the top of her list of vent-able subjects? Sonny (Maurice Benard)? What Michael is going through with Willow and Drew? The fact that both her son and her daughter are in pain, and she can’t do anything about it? One topic she might not bring up is Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure). She knows Jason hates the guy and doesn’t trust him. And he won’t want to spend one second talking about the Port Charles WSB station chief.
