The General Hospital spoilers for Friday, January 23, 2026, focus on Emma turning to Nathan for help. She’s worried about her grandmother because she hasn’t really heard from her in months. Meanwhile, Jason is suspicious, and Lucas and Marco are surprised.

Key Takeaways

  • Emma turns to Nathan as fear grows over Anna’s long absence.
  • Jason grows suspicious when Britt’s situation takes a troubling turn.
  • Lucas and Marco are caught off guard by an unexpected discovery.

Help, Emma Needs Somebody

Emma (Braedyn Bruner) misses her grandmother something fierce. She told Gio (Giovanni Mazza) as much. This so-called top-secret WSB project has kept Anna (Finola Hughes) away for months with hardly any contact. Emma has had enough. Anna’s absence is really getting to her, and she finally does something about it.

In GH’s weekly video preview, Emma turns to Nathan (Ryan Paevey), who recently returned to the land of the living. And he also returned to his old job at the PCPD. “I’m starting to think that my grandma’s in trouble,” she says. Will Nathan take her concerns seriously? This will hopefully be the beginning of the end of Anna’s captivity. Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), Sidwell (Carlo Rota), and Pascal (Marc Forget) aren’t treating Anna so well.

Somebody needs to find her and help her asap.

Britt’s in Trouble

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) may be joining Anna on Spoon Island sooner rather than later. Cullum confronted her and told her that she needs to end her relationship with Jason (Steve Burton). And she needs to hightail it out to Wyndemere, where a lab is waiting for her to continue and wrap up whatever experiment they are working on involving cold fusion.

She would also have to leave her job days after getting her license back. However, the WSB Director isn’t giving her a choice. If she doesn’t do this, they will stop her meds. Britt is backed into a corner, and her options are to do what Cullum says or tell Jason everything. And she will want to protect him from these controlling and horrible people.

Speaking of which, the weekly spoilers suggest that Jason is suspicious, which is no surprise. Whatever excuse Britt gives him to explain why she doesn’t think they will work or why she won’t be around for the foreseeable future won’t be good enough. He’ll want to find out what’s really going on.

Elsewhere in Port Charles

The teasers also hint at Lucas (Van Hansis) and Marco (Adrian Anchondo) being surprised. What will they stumble upon? There’s one thing Lucas will be surprised to learn about his boyfriend. And that’s how involved he really is in his father’s criminal activities. When will Lucas discover his boyfriend’s devious tendencies?

Finally, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) discuss their future. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen, who embraces Willow’s dangerous side) has been freed, and Chase is positively gleeful about it. In fact, he helped make it happen. And Brook Lynn’s relationship with Gio is in a much better place. Is expanding their family on their agenda again?
