The action begins at General Hospital, where Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Carly (Laura Wright) are confronting Nina (Cynthia Watros) about why her SEC-sized secret was kept just that for quite a while. “The reason it was kept a secret for so long was because Michael knew…and said nothing,” answers Nina. It looks like Michael (Chad Duell) will have to deal with Carly’s and Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) questions about his choices.
Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) is also facing the music — but in court — and on the lesser charge of breaking into Wyndemere, as opposed to all the other awful things she’s done and remembers. The judge brings her case to order and wants to know how she pleads. Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is there for support, while her brother Martin (Michael E. Knight) is the young woman’s lawyer.
Elsewhere, the father and son she manipulated for months on end finally see each other once again. Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) opens the door to his absentee and on-the-run father, Nikolas (Adam Huss), and is surprised. “Hello Father,” he manages. “Hello, Spencer,” answers Nikolas.
