The time to honor the incredible life of Barbara Jean “Bobbie” Spencer has finally arrived in Port Charles (See what co-stars had to say about her portrayer, Jacklyn Zeman, here). Almost everyone who ever knew or worked with the iconic nurse gathers to pay tribute to the force of nature who changed so many lives.
Top of that list is the woman who was her longtime sister-in-law and one-time rival. Theirs was a complicated relationship. “Bobbie Spencer was an experience,” begins Laura (Genie Francis) as a teary Carly (Laura Wright) laughs through the tears. “One that I will truly miss,” the mayor adds.
What happened in between her two statements was a series of memorable moments in the life of Bobbie. See it all for yourself in the promo video below.
