With all the worrying about Willow Tait’s health seen in GH spoilers lately, it’s easy to believe that the Corinthos family may overlook another burgeoning medical disaster. Remember how Josslyn Jacks needed a kidney as a baby?
GH Spoilers Wild Speculation
A kidney which came from Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), the woman who turned out to be her mother, Carly Corinthos’s, heretofore unknown sister (though the two aren’t actually biologically related…it’s complicated, both were adopted).
Second Time Around
So what happens if Joss (Eden McCoy) suffers another organ failure and needs yet another donor? Nelle (Chloe Lanier), alas, is dead for the time being. (And, even if she were alive, she wouldn’t have a spare to give.) The obvious answer would be Nelle’s also heretofore unknown sister, her twin, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). But Willow is currently pregnant and/or suffering from a deadly, unnamed disease, so she’s out as a donor, too.
GH Spoilers: I Know Something You Don’t Know
Of course, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is currently the only one who knows that Willow is Nelle’s sister…and that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is their mother.
Willow is carrying Carly’s future grandchild, so Carly would never ask her to sacrifice herself — or that key piece of Carly’s DNA. Plus, if Carly pointed out Willow as a donor, she’d have to admit why she thought Willow would be a match. And no way is Carly doing that.

Better Plan
Instead, can’t you see Carly claiming that she checked Nina’s medical records (they’re not exactly HIPPA compliant in Port Charles), and that’s how she knows Nina would be a match for Joss (not because her daughter also was). Carly will have to go to Nina and beg her to save her daughter’s life.
Actually, knowing Carly, she’ll probably skip the begging and go straight to screaming that Nina owes her — it’s the least she can do after stealing Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)! Think this wild speculation could happen? Let us know in the comments section below.
