GH spoilers teased that once Ava Jerome Cassadine found out that her husband Nikolas Cassadine slept with scheming teeny-bopper Esme Prince, she vowed to destroy them both. Nik got a talking-to. But Esme deserves a whole lot more — Nik was just stupid, Esme actually plotted this.
GH Spoilers Speculation
Ava (Maura West) isn’t just a woman scorned. She’s also a born-and-raised mafia princess. And mafia princesses know only one way to solve a problem. (They’d have solved a problem like Maria the same way). Ava has to kill Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) — and we mean for real, not falling off the parapet that even Ava has survived.
No, really, there is simply no other option in this situation. Now, she shouldn’t do it with her bare hands. Her manicure is too nice. But, surely, Ava knows someone who can take care of this pesky gnat further. And make sure the chickens never come home to her roost.
GH’s Killer Plot Twist
So Ava killing Esme is as good as done. It’s the second twist that no one will ever see coming. Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) has told Esme he’s her daddy and that he’ll tell her the identity of her biological mother…eventually. Fans have speculated that the mother might be Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner)…who somehow forgot having a baby the way she forgot Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Georgie v. 1 existed for years a time.

But what if Esme’s biological mother is, in fact…Ava? We don’t know what Ava was up to for all those years she wasn’t in Port Charles. We know she had one daughter, Kiki Jerome. But that doesn’t mean she didn’t have another one she gave away.

Can you imagine the drama, after losing her beloved Kiki to killer Ryan, if Ava learns that she killed her other daughter…due to Ryan’s machinations?
