GH spoilers weekly update for January 31 – February 4, 2022, tease the week ahead is full of a celebration of love and togetherness, sage advice from one man to another, and a punishment playing out. Tune in next week so you can catch all of the action in Port Charles!
GH Spoilers Weekly Recap
Maxie Jones’s (Kirsten Storms) week went from bad to worse. Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) realized the sonograms held by Maxie and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) were identical. Victor plans on using this insider knowledge to kidnap Bailey/Louise and hand her over to the unequivocally evil Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
Over at the cabin, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) was up to no good as is on par for her. She pulled out a bottle of mystery pills and put something suspect in those hot toddies. Cameron Webber (William Lipton), Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla), and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) were none the wiser.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) finds himself in a manic spiral which is causing him to be regretfully mean to everyone he comes across. Luckily for Sonny, but maybe unluckily for Nina (Cynthia Watros)… she realizes he is off of his meds. So she spent the night on Sonny’s living room couch. Anxious the whole night through worrying that he would hurt himself or someone else.
The General Hospital Week Ahead
Family and friends gather at the Quartermaine mansion to celebrate Ned (Wally Kurth) and Olivia’s (Lisa LoCicero) vow renewals. For Ned, this is a way for him to signal the end of their estrangement and show his friends and family that he and Olivia are back together and united in love. Expect to see a big turnout at the ceremony, including Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson), Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), Maxie, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), Sonny, and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).
During the celebration, Ned finds himself alone with someone who is in desperate need of marital advice…Sonny. Although Sonny wants to play out a big grand gesture to win back Carly, Ned discourages him from this and instead lets Sonny know that for once he should just listen to Carly’s words. Let her be, and give her time.
Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) loved ones gather at Kelly’s before his sentence begins. He’ll be paying time for his crime tucked away at Spring Ridge, but we are sure he’ll be out in no time. Because let’s face it… his crimes aren’t any worse than what others in Port Charles have gotten away with. At least he can take solace in knowing that his friends and family will be thinking of him while he’s locked away.
