GH spoilers weekly update for January 3 – 7, 2022, tease the week ahead is full of tough conversations, fresh starts in the New Year, and new romances. Tune in next week so you can catch all of the action in Port Charles!
GH Spoilers Weekly Recap
Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) testimony brought Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves’s (Cynthia Watros) Nixon Falls love story to the forefront. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) lost it, of course. Sure, she fell in love with and married Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) but how dare Sonny find comfort in another woman?!
Olivia Falconeri Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) met with the doctor and Leo (Easton Rocket Sweda) was officially diagnosed as having autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The news came as a blow to Olivia but the doc assured her the boy would still have a wonderful life, as long as he had support.
NYE was a night of new romance for many, including Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). The evening took a sizzling hot turn when they hit the sheets. They made things officially official and let the love flow through them.
The General Hospital Week Ahead
Carly has a lot to mull over. Namely her relationship with Sonny. Will it ever be the same after the truth about “Mike” and Nina’s relationship in Nixon Falls? Doubtful. That truth will haunt her mind for a long time. She needs to talk it out with a friend she can trust, so when Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) shows up on the bridge on NYE she finds herself spilling her problems to him.
Maxie Jones (Kristen Storms) looks forward to a fresh start in the new year. She dreams of a Peter-free year and less drama, but will her wish come true? Things are already starting off less than ideal when Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) shows up wanting to discuss a new obstacle they face. As if they don’t have enough to go up against already.
Also facing a rough start to the New Year, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) receives some tough love from Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel). Harmony tells Alexis they both know that she’s worth more than that. This is exactly what Alexis needs to hear right now. Especially seeing as how Alexis has been doubting her own abilities. Alexis is a strong woman, but even she has her limits, and right now her limits are being pushed to the brim.
