General Hospital’s spoilers for November 27, 2023, reveal the continuation of the latest Port Charles Thanksgiving. As always, expect a healthy serving of drama and disaster and a side dish of trouble.
General Hospital Spoilers Highlights
Thanksgiving in Port Charles continues with turkey, stuffing, pumpkin pie, and a massive dose of drama. It’s no surprise to learn there’s underlying tension between Anna (Finola Hughes) and Nina (Cynthia Watros). First, the ex-WSB agent knows Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) wife is Team Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) all the way. Second, Anna knows Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) loves Nina and has been confiding in her post-shooting. Third, Anna also knows Nina deleted the footage of Charlotte breaking into Anna’s Metro Court Hotel room.
Needless to say, an observant Sonny notices something is off between his friend and new wife. The man is relentless when he feels he’s out of the loop on any crucial matter. So, the question becomes…just how dogged will Sonny go to uncover the truth behind Anna’s beef with Nina?
Gloria Cooks Up Trouble
Over at the Quartermaine mansion, everyone’s happy because Lois’s (Rena Sofer) mom, Gloria (Ellen Travolta), is utilizing her characteristic cheer and special brand of magic to put a turkey on the table. At the same time, she’s hiding a big secret and avoiding calls from an Uncle Pete. Then, the alarm at Monica’s (Leslie Charleson) house starts blaring.
Does that alarm mean the turkey’s burning, or will the distress signal have to do with Uncle Pete? Regardless, look for Gloria to reveal to Lois that she’s in trouble. As a result, will the Quartermaine Thanksgiving become collateral damage? Should they forget waiting and order the pizza now?

Worrying with the Ashfords
While the Qs are awaiting an impending disaster, the Ashfords are having a calmer holiday. That doesn’t mean things are going smoothly. Marshall’s (Robert Gossett) worried about his son. He knows Curtis (Donnell Turner) is determined to track down the person who shot him and caused his paralysis. Marshall might not want his son to go down this path because it’s dangerous. Or he’s suspicious about Curtis taking on this task with Jordan (Tanisha Harper). After all, their spending time investigating together could lead to an entirely different type of danger.
Finally, expect Stella (Vernee Watson) and Portia (Brook Kerr) to make a realization. They both love Curtis, so it’s feasible this realization has to do with him. Other potential possibilities: something involving Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina’s (Tabyana Ali) relationship, or if it’s hospital-related, it could have something to do with Finn’s (Michael Easton) looming lawsuit. Those women can move mountains when they want to.
