GH spoilers for Friday, September 23, 2022, reveal triggering truths, strange advice, uncertain futures, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a moment of this exciting new episode.
Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) went back to her artist past as soon as she finished her hypnosis session with Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom). She somehow drew the face of the woman Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) was looking at on his phone, who we assume was his late wife, Reiko.

When Liz tells Finn she remembers the face of the woman at the bottom of the stairs, will she show him the drawing, and will he recognize the woman as his wife? If so, this story just got infinitely more strange, and it will be clear that, like Peter August (Wes Ramsey), the woman at the bottom of the stairs never died — at least not from the fall.
While Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is not happy to be on The Haunted Star with Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), the sparkly diamond bracelet and the champagne are nice distractions. Still, Lucy knows she has to get out of this situation quickly.
It’s a good thing Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassasdine (James Patrick Stuart) know the same thing and are there to get her out of this mess. However, Valentin’s urge to sneeze then forces him to improvise when he and Anna are both caught. How will they explain their presence on The Haunted Star without making things worse for themselves?
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is still convinced someone is after people close to him and informs Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) what’s going on. He also tries to be as much of a comfort as he can be to Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson), who wonders if she is now going to jail with her guardian and husband, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor), having passed away.
Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) catch up in Ava’s hospital room while Ava wonders why Nina seems to be pushing her to reconcile with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Meanwhile, Nikolas seeks some advice from his aunt, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
