The last we saw of Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), he was still living as if he was AJ Quartermaine (the Billy Warlock version) tied to a meat hook (really, GH, a hook?) in the back of Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) money-laundering restaurant. Sonny wasn’t sure if he should torture him anymore until he could figure a few things out.

Well, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), the son who planted the idea in Sonny’s head that Dex might be The Hook, is searching for Dex and asks his dad where the man is because he has news. It seems Dante doesn’t think that Dex is The Hook after all. Dante should only know what he wrought.
Over at Charlie’s, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) discuss Dex, and Trina really wants to know why Joss is so obsessed with this guy. Isn’t it obvious, Trina?
Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) has some good news for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) — Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) made it through her week-long surgery and should make a full recovery. Will Diane remember everything about her attacker?
If Diane does have some answers for the police, will they match Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) description of the clanking jewelry? Perhaps that will give Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) some peace as she stops by to see Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) because she wasn’t sure where else to go.
Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) life in Pentonville hasn’t been an easy one, and that is made perfectly clear when someone beats him up for apparently no reason.
At least a surprise person comes to his rescue, and Spencer asks what he has to do to repay the person. Could it be Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), his great uncle via Grandmother Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis)? As far as we know, he is still in Pentonville.
