Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) knows when he is in trouble, and Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) offer to send him to see Charlotte Cassadine on Victor’s jet with armed guards has Valentin in a panic. So, he turns to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), of course, and tells her that Victor is trying to get rid of him. This has both Anna and Valentin fearful of what happens next, and a tearful Anna makes a call for help she may or may not get.

Meanwhile, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is not as astute as Valentin and has no idea she has been found out; she is walking into a trap full speed ahead. Victor offers her another cruise, and she can’t wait to see what he has in store. Chances are, it won’t involve diamonds this time. Or maybe it will involve a rather large one.
At least Nikolas Cassasdine (Marcus Coloma) checks in on his pregnant teenage baby mama he locked in a dusty storage room, and she is ready to defend herself with the heaviest candle holder possible. However, Nikolas warns Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) that she is not getting away so easily. He also tells the young woman that he finds her to be expandable.
At the Metro Court, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) laments her marriage troubles to Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) over a signature martini, and Scott promises he will undo her marriage before Nikolas undoes her.
It’s been clear for a while that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) really wants to learn a lot more about Cesar Faison (Anders Hove), hence his interest in Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). That’s why it’s rather odd and obvious when Cody offers to help Britt go through Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) things. However, Britt thinks Cody is just being helpful and is grateful to have someone there to do something she has been putting off.
