GH spoilers for Friday, November 4, 2022, reveal sentimental memories, deep fear, romantic gestures, and so much more.  You won’t want to miss an exciting moment of this new episode.

GH Spoilers Highlights

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) have been married once before and he has proposed since that marriage, but Willow said no. Since Willow announced she was pregnant, Michael has been so preoccupied with other things that he didn’t seem to think about marriage, but he also hasn’t noticed that his girlfriend is dying from cancer.

Now, Michael decides it might be time to put a ring on his baby mama’s finger and spontaneously proposes to Willow. She looks taken aback and is unsure what to say, so will she finally tell him about her cancer diagnosis? Michael is due to be in for a shock, but is that shock about Willow’s secret or will she turn him down flat?

General Hospital Spoilers: Josslyn And Carly Are Freaked Out

After the visit from Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) to inform Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) to be careful because The Hook might be after them, Josslyn seems to be having a panic attack and quickly calls Cameron Webber (William Lipton) to tell him to watch out.

Cameron seems alarmed by someone he sees on Robin Scorpio (Kimberly McCullough) and Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) footbridge, but GH spoilers tell us that Cam and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) spend some time reminiscing. It seems like Drew decides it’s time for some reflection on the bridge his brother once used.

Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) also seems alarmed when someone shows up at her house, but it might be a more innocent visit than she first believes.

GH Spoilers: Austin and Portia Feel The Pressure

Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) continues telling his cousin Mason (Nathanyael Grey) that he is not going to do their boss’s bidding and asks what she would do to him if he just refused to treat this new patient and keep a bullet wound under wraps. After Mason leaves, Austin also makes a request of Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).

Finally, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) tell Jordan about their wedding plans. When Curtis leaves the room, Jordan takes the opportunity to ask Portia if she wants to wed with the question of Trina’s paternity hanging over their heads.
