GH spoilers for Friday, November 19, 2021, reveal a secret uncovered, concern, life-and-death danger, and so much more. You won’t want to miss an exciting moment of this new episode.

GH Spoilers Highlights

Despite her dramatic attempt to deflect Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) questions about their supposed daughter, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) gets cornered. Valentin, who knows how to add two and two and get four, says he needs to hear her say the words. Meanwhile, Valentin isn’t the only one they need to worry about. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) begins to connect the dots.

Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) can feel the noose tightening as more and more people are picking up on clues. She and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) connect and together they worry about the costs of their secrets. Maxie wonders if they can keep their secrets secret but Nina tells Maxie she’s afraid it’s highly unlikely — and she’s not wrong as things continue to unravel.

General Hospital Spoilers: Tale of A Fateful Trip

Meanwhile, on Cassadine Island, where Maxie’s biggest threat currently is, those there with Peter August (Wes Ramsey) face life-or-death consequences including the man himself. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) tells someone they have to leave — is that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) who has come to rescue her — or is she asking Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) to escape?

GH spoilers tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), who is supposed to be helping Jason stage a rescue attempt, tells someone…most likely Peter, that if he kills him, it’s just a bonus. But is it really Drew — or did Peter manage to activate him again if he saw him and realized he was no longer under his control?

General Hospital: Trouble At GH

Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is concerned. She believes something is seriously wrong with Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) pregnancy. Sasha herself becomes concerned and asks if everything is okay. She’s trying so hard to remain calm but the pain is increasing and things seem to be going south for the mom-to-be fast.

Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) asks Michael Corinthos Quartermaine (Chad Duell) if it’s impossible to understand how she could have let Nina near their son, Wiley. Will he be #TeamCarly (like the mama’s boy he is) in this? Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is still ticked over it and asks Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to make her understand why he’s always sticking up for Nina. Uh oh.
