GH Spoilers Highlights
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) has a lot to think about thanks to a conversation with Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West). After going on and on about the contract between a married couple, Carly and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) discuss the idea for themselves as they finally see a way out of their issue with the rival families. Is it the perfect answer? Jason tells her it’s the best option he’s heard so far.
Because the Novaks would want her dead or banished otherwise. They’ll bond over losing Sonny, which has bonded more than one couple in the past. Carly worries what everyone will think (as in she’s always wanted it) but Jason says that they know why they’re doing it — and that’s all that matters.
But where will that leave Jason’s current lady, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud)? Currently oblivious to what is being planned, she has a heart-to-heart with her mom, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), who is down in the dumps. Scott (Kin Shriner) tried to cheer her up but left her to bond with Britt. They celebrate them being a couple, which Liesl thought was the same for Jason and Britt.
She admits that Jason told her they bonded over her diagnosis and Britt asks her not to talk anymore about it. Liesl wants to stay strong but she needs support. Britt said no more breakdowns to Jason but she could confide in Scott — deal? Liesl was quite grateful. Liesl suggests to Britt that she finally tell Jason how she truly feels about him. Britt considers it and flashes back to making love to Jason. He arrives, ready to break her heart.
General Hospital Spoilers: Sparks Fly For Anna Devane and Valentin Cassadine
Anna (Finola Hughes) fears that Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) baby is gone for good. She is stranded with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). They rehash what happened with Naughty Nurse Nanny and fear that Peter has the baby. Valentin insists they’ll find Louise. He vows to find her before he goes home to his own daughter.
GH spoilers show Anna notes how much Valentin has changed since he first came to town. She said she’s impressed with all he’s accomplished and how far he’s come. They realize they may be stuck together but neither seems too upset by the thought. Anna asked about Valentin and Brook Lynn and he admits she amuses him and they’re getting along. He asked if she has anyone in her life. She mentioned Robin, the grandchildren, friends, and family. He asked about Robert (Tristan Rogers). And then about himself — is he on her list of friends. She admitted of course he is — wonderful friend, admitting she couldn’t have gotten through the last few months without him. Oh, the tension!
Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is relieved now that his brother Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is out of the woods and he no longer has Peter August (Wes Ramsey) blowback to worry about. So he rethinks his decision to stay quiet. He tells Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) that there’s nothing holding him back now from confessing to what he did to Peter. Violet talks about life after Chase is released, putting him on the spot about him being there.
He asks how close was she to telling Jason everything and she admits she was about to. But Finn doesn’t want her to, because he doesn’t know him or trust him. Finn decides to turn himself in because he could put some of Maxie’s fears to rest. He also wants to cover for Liz so she can be with her kids. At the door, Violet (Jophielle Love) comes because she could sleep — she missed Finn. Liz realizes she may be the ticket to changing his mind. Scott arrives and Finn has second thoughts about asking for legal advice.
GH Spoilers
Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) has an awkward encounter with her big brother, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) when she overhears Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) talking about Willow. She asks if they’re together and the reason why he and Sasha broke up. He feels put on the spot. Scott interrupts and starts asking about the upcoming ELQ board meeting.
After Michael tries to help Joss forgive Cameron, Joss wants to know what changed his mind about forgiving Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and allowing her to see his son Wiley. Michael won’t want to blow her relationship with her father, Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) by telling her he blackmailed him — so how will he end up getting out of this?
Speaking of Nina, she and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) want to hear all the details about what’s going on with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) now that they’re having a child together. Sasha feels bad this is how Maxie and Nina find out but bother are thrilled for her. Brook Lynn arrives and is shocked that Maxie is there. Turns out, BLQ wants to work on the social media plan, which upsets Maxie about who is watching the baby.
Brook Lynn lets Maxie know that she thought if she was working at Deception with Maxie, then she could bring the baby with her to the office, leave her in daycare, and that way Maxie could see her anytime she wants without worrying the Quartermaines. Maxie is overwhelmed by what Brook has done and gives her a hug.
Sasha tells Lucy they could do the ad campaign, which is a Deception/Crimson joint venture, as a way to help Maxie find her baby. Lucy showed the mock-up and everyone loved it — the Face of Conception. Sasha then explained to keep everyone engaged in the search of Louise and the plight of missing children, they’d — well she didn’t get to finish because Brook Lynn said it’s a terrible idea! She fears it would hurt Maxie, so they asked Maxie how she feels. On the spot, Maxie said maybe they’re right.
