General Hospital spoilers for November 15, 2023, include emotional demands, reactions, and rants, plus a surprise announcement. You won’t want to miss this brand-new episode.
As we all know, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is out of prison and preaching the Good Word. During his post-Pentonville era, he’s showing up everywhere he isn’t wanted allegedly in hopes of a little redemption and repairing of his less-than-stellar reputation.
Apparently, the hospital is in dire need of his Good Word. It’s there he already gave Mason his orders: take the rap for kidnapping and attempting to kill Ava and serve his time in prison. Do not pass go, do not collect $200 and he’ll live to breathe fresh air someday. Cyrus’s next target for a warning is Austin Gatlin-Holt — after receiving a menacing note saying “Don’t be Foolish. It can be deadly,” the two meet up in a GH stairwell. Those stairwells are seeing a lot of action lately, don’t you think?
Heading over to the land of the Ashfords, Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Marshall (Robert Gossett) take time to connect. Potential topics: Curtis’s current state of mind after meeting up with a paralyzed Devon (Victor Clark) at the gym. It turns out, Devon’s story of how he deals with his disability on a daily basis was an inspiration to Curtis. Maybe he wants to share the positivity and light with his dad. Or, you know, they’ll talk about Curtis’s marriage, Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson), Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) hitting a rough patch or something about The Savoy.

Meanwhile, for once, TJ’s (Tajh Bellow) life is filled with drama. He and Molly (Kristen Vaganos) are going the surrogacy route and he’s figured out Austin’s creepy cousin Mason is the one who kidnapped him years ago. And, of course, there’s the time he stopped Austin from smothering Mason with a pillow. According to teasers, he and Molly are about to face a new obstacle in their surrogacy journey. Does the fact the good doctor’s reeling signal the beginning of this next phase of that story? Or does the Mason-kidnapped-him reveal continue to trigger him emotionally?
Obviously, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennessy) is one of the best ranters out there so it’s no surprise she’s about to go off on a tangent. Prepare for her to go off in an epic venting session with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Hmm…wonder whose name will come up during this cathartic conversation? Robert (Tristan Rogers)? Nina (Cynthia Watros)? Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Carly (Laura Wright)?
Finally, Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) focus is on making a home for her kids and making sure Deception doesn’t go down in flames. Dealing with Lucy (Lynn Herring) and Tracy’s (Jane Elliot) feud hasn’t been easy, but with the scheming Quartermaine out of town, this might be the perfect time for Maxie to make a surprise announcement.
