General Hospital spoilers update for January 18 – 22, 2021 reveal the people in Port Charles taking steps in all directions. Jax and Nina decide to take things to the next level and take a big step in their relationship. Alexis takes a step in the right direction when she tries to make amends. While Ava takes a step towards unity when she tries to make peace.
A dazed and confused Sonny is found by a passerby and rushed to the hospital. Once there, he is cared for by none other than, Phyllis Caulfield. He continues to suffer from amnesia and can’t tell the nurse his name or where he’s from.
With Sonny presumed dead by his friends and family, Avery is taken away from Carly and made to live with Ava and Nikolas. Carly is sad to see her go but is promised visits with Avery, but they would only happen at Ava’s discretion.
Maxie and Sasha attempted to interest Nina in a story covering Sasha’s brief drug-induced hospital stay but were unsuccessful. Nina sent the two on their way, but not before telling Sasha she was the best fake daughter a mother could ask for.
