General Hospital spoilers update for April 19 – 23, 2021 reveal a week where the future is looking bright for one couple, a relationship in need of mending, and tensions rising in another.
General Hospital — The Week Ahead
Last we saw Chase (Josh Swickard), his health took a turn for the worse, and his body was severely compromised. All of this happened before Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) could tell him she was leaving him. Now spoilers are showing that Chase is looking forward to a bright future with Willow. What could happen in the next week that causes him to think this? And does Willow feel the same?
Friends are meant to go through hard times together and lean on each other for support. When he needs a friend, Cameron (William Lipton) tries to reconnect with Joss (Eden McCoy). She could use a good friend at the moment too, since she has been waitlisted by her top college.
After doing some snooping, and learning that Elijah (Dan White) had been arrested for embezzlement, Sonny (Maurice Benard) felt that his intuition about Elijah was right. The guy seemed to be up to no good. Over the next week, watch as tensions between Sonny and Elijah build. What will be the ultimate tipping point that sends one of them over the edge?

Anna (Finola Hughes) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) managed to kidnap Peter (Wes Ramsey) but it did not last long, since Peter proved to have the upper hand. His poison plan worked and Chase went down for the count. Anna and Valentin had no choice but to release him in the hopes of getting the antidote.
Michael (Chad Duell) and Willow proclaimed their love, fell into bed together, and decided he and Wiley should move into her house. All was well until Chase fell ill. Willow sat by his side while he struggled to survive as Michael waited without a clue as to why she wasn’t home yet.
Things became more worrisome in Nixon Falls as Elijah and Nina got closer. Something about Elijah rubbed “Mike” the wrong way, especially his interest in Nina. He put Elijah on alert and made it clear he was watching.
