General Hospital spoilers update for June 28 – July 2, 2021, reveal big decisions, conflicted feelings, and apologies.
General Hospital — The Week Ahead
Now that Chase is out of immediate danger, Hamilton Finn has time to think about his past decisions, especially the secret he’s keeping about his role in Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) death. Will he come clean? He decides that Scott (Kin Shriner) may have sound advice for him, and pays him a visit. Scott leaves him with this parting advice, “Do what’s best for you and your family.”
After confessing that she doesn’t feel at home in Port Charles, or really anywhere, these days. Nina (Cynthia Watros) takes time for self-reflection. She’s conflicted about her future and where her heart really lies. Not only is Nina dealing with her own issues, but she also tries to lend a helping hand to Curtis (Donnell Turner).
Portia (Brook Kerr) gets a small shock when she shows up at Cameron’s (William Lipton) graduation party — she’s surprised to see Curtis there as well. Now that the teen scene is moving on to college, it is time they put their past conflicts to rest. Cameron confronts Josslyn (Eden McCoy) to clear the air between them.

There’s a new sheriff in town. Okay, not really, but GH has a new Chairwoman of the Board. Monica returned to the hospital and took her place at the head of the table. Everyone approved, except Britt (Kelly Thiebaud). She worried Monica (Leslie Charleson) has a bone to pick with her.
An explosion at the docks sent Carly (Laura Wright) and Jason (Steve Burton) into overdrive. Someone was out to get them and take down their mob operation. It wasn’t just a warning, it was a signal of war.
Chase (Josh Swickard) was alive and on the mend but his struggles were far from over. A combination of muscle atrophy and nerve damage caused a case of paralysis. Chase couldn’t feel anything below his waist. Finn (Michael Easton) feared he never will again.
