General Hospital spoilers update for March 29 – April 2, 2021, reveal a confession, a startling discovery, and deceit.
Maxie (Kirsten Storms) is trying to cut Peter out of her life, but the feat proves harder than she thought. She has been leaning on her friends for support and spoilers show Maxie will confide in Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) later next week. While it doesn’t say what she confides in her about, we have a guess it could be about Peter.
Cam (William Lipton) has always been, for the most part, someone who can see the good in things and remain positive even in times of trouble. He’s been a good friend to Joss (Eden McCoy) and Trina (Sydney Mikayla) and the three teens always have each other’s backs in tough times.
Things might take a turn for the worse when Joss sees a side of Cam she doesn’t like. Could this change in personality have to do with Cam trying to get revenge for Franco’s (Roger Howarth) death?
Now that “Mike” and Nina are getting comfortable with each other, Nina is struggling with her secret. Should she continue on with this charade or tell the truth? After much thought, Nina convinces herself that Carly (Laura Wright) doesn’t deserve to know the truth after being so horrible to her and that she is doing the right thing by keeping the secret.

With Sonny assumed dead and Jason (Steve Burton) in jail, it was up to Carly to be the mob boss. She stepped right into the role and took on Cyrus (Jeff Kober). Carly knew he was the one truly behind Jason’s arrest, including putting Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) up to being an eyewitness.
Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) almost killed Peter (Wes Ramsey) on Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) command but Sam (Kelly Monaco) got in the way. She came upon the scene, stopped the violence, and hauled Dante away. The doctors figured out he was brainwashed and worked to get rid of all his triggers.

Nina (Cynthia Watros) went to visit Phyllis (Joyce Guy) and discovered Sonny (Maurice Benard) alive and well. She tried to do the right thing and tell Carly but Carly was vicious on the phone so Nina hung up. She let herself be introduced to “Mike” and decided to get to know him better.
