The new year got off to an incredible start on General Hospital this week, and we can feel the drama growing darker!

Sam realized that Shiloh was the son of her ex-husband from back when she was a con artist… although he claimed that it was fate that caused their paths to cross.

Perhaps it was also fate – or just incredibly bad luck – that saw Anna being hit by a debilitating headache during a dinner with Peter.

One proverbial headache was the PCPD’s inability to realize that Ryan is both alive and in their midst… and when Laura was elected mayor, her promise to take down the killer made the man absolutely furious.

It looks like we’re in for further gloom! Here are the spoilers!

Spurred onward by the investigation, Ryan adds another name to his list… and this time, it’s an intensely personal target.

While that situation worsens, so does Mike’s condition, making life ever more difficult for the Corinthos clan… and for Mike himself.

A different sort of difficulty also takes to haunting Drew, and it escalates after he receives a firm warning from Jason about Shiloh’s true nature.
