General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, March 18, 2020, reveal a day of outlandish surprises and shocking moves. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.
Sasha (Sofia Mattson) is miserable that her lying past has ruled her out of The Bachelor sweepstakes that has Michael as the prize, but she still believes marrying him off is the right move.
She has an idea and pitches Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to become the next Mrs. Michael Whatever Last Name He Uses These Days! Will Willow want that rose? Will Chase (Josh Swickard) sanction these shenanigans?
Jax (Ingo Rademacher) is familiar with swapping partners for fake marriage, but that’s probably not what’s on his mind as he gets together with Nina (Cynthia Watros) in the Crimson office. Something is going down but Nina trusts Jax has a contingency plan (that doesn’t include a fake marriage this time). Will he fill her in on it?
His partner in that wedding swap was Ned (Wally Kurth), who is also busy doing super-secret stuff. He works his magic at ELQ and hands Brook Lynn (Amanda Sutton) something for her eyes only and asks if she can keep it quiet.

Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Lulu (Emme Rylan) trade barbs as usual but once things settle down, Maxie lets her bestie know what’s really going on. She needs her help with some super serious life-altering advice. While it’d be lovely to be innocent enough to think for one second Maxie could have seen the light about Peter, sadly it’s probably something else.
Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) is feeling the pressure. Tired of being jerked around, she pulls a gun on Harmony (Inga Cadranel) and suggests she take her to see her son in exchange for her life. If Harmony was already spooked by Jason (Steve Burton), having the police commissioner’s gun in her face must have her a total mess.
Trina (Sydney Mikayla) and Cameron (William Lipton) are a mess after their brushes with death but that kiss heated things up. They break off the kiss but when Joss (Eden McCoy) joins them outside, she can sense the tension and asks what she missed. Um, a lot! Later, Trina is full of blame.
