General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, October 20, 2020, reveal a cry for help, a declaration, drinks galore, and so much more. You won’t want to miss an exciting moment of this new episode.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

Sam (Kelly Monaco) feared her mom was drinking again but then got it confirmed — and was asked to leave. Knowing Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is in full-blown denial, Sam goes looking for help, and she finds Sonny (Maurice Benard). She fills him in and lets him know she could use a hand. Will he agree to ride to the rescue or will he turn down Sam’s request?

Michael (Chad Duell) tells Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) she’s everything he could have wanted. Chase (Josh Swickard) feels the same but can’t say it so he focuses on his job. Taken off the case of the attempt on Jason’s life, he goes behind Jordan’s (Briana Nicole Henry) back and talks with Brando, wanting to know if he has any idea why they closed the case in which he was a suspect.

Cyrus Questions Brando

But Sonny’s relative has bigger fish to fry as Brando (Johnny Wactor) meets with Cyrus (Jeff Kober). The mobster is looking for an answer to his invitation to join his organization. Will Brando play this calm, cool, and oh-so-collected or will Cyrus immediately figure out he’s being set up?

Dustin (Mark Lawson) and Lulu (Emme Rylan) finally reconnect after he gave her space to deal with Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and his return. He’s prepared to do the right thing and step aside, but Lulu is conflicted. Will his sweet gesture make her love him all the more — or grease the way for a quick exit out of this relationship?

Brook Lynn and Valentin Drink It Out

Brook Lynn (Briana Lane) shares a drink with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and things seem to be warming up between the two. She says something that he can’t agree more with — does she finally find a way to derail him from his Nina obsession?

After an earful from Valentin that she can’t trust Jax (Ingo Rademacher) and then seeing him hugging Carly (Laura Wright) at the PCPD, it looks like Nina (Cynthia Watros) is finally ready to do things her way. To that end, she meets with Curtis (Donnell Turner) to ask for his professional help to find Phyllis. Will he be able to find her? General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC.
