General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, October 16 reveal a day of serious contemplations and surprise confrontations in Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.
Who Can He Hurt?
Drew (Billy Miller) knows if he goes along with Margaux’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) scheme, he could have everything he wanted… and everything he didn’t want.
He’d get a hold of that flash drive full of memories and finally know his past, but the people in his present would be hurt, possibly beyond repair.
The one person he doesn’t want to hurt the most is Sam (Kelly Monaco), so he turns to her for support and advice, but doesn’t really say what the real issue is, so she believes it’s all about Oscar (Garren Stitt).
Will her words help Drew decide what to do without her even realizing it? Is he willing to put her freedom in danger?
Jason’s Changing?
Meanwhile, Jason (Steve Burton) has certainly taken Sam’s words to heart about being there for his family more, so he goes to visit Monica (Leslie Charleson), who is shocked and pleased by his visit.
He asks how he can be there for Monica and take care of her and Monica doesn’t quite know what to say.

However, she is also quite jealous, which becomes quite obvious to an intrigued and amused Nina (Michelle Stafford).
A New Couple?
Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) doesn’t seem to want anything to do with his “wife” but he wants everything to do with Ava Jerome (Maura West).
The two become drinking buddies (highly unprofessional, since he is technically her shrink, but not really) and Ryan tells Ava what a remarkable woman she is.
The last man to do that was Griffin (Matt Cohen), and now he’s dating her daughter. The two become cozy at the movies, but will it lead to more than that?
Surprise Guest
Finally, Laura (Genie Francis) is shocked when young Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) shows up at her door. She’s also quit furious to see her grandson and warns him that the next time she takes him to school, he needs to stay there.
