General Hospital spoilers for Friday, April 26 reveal a sad day in Port Charles as family and friends gather around Oscar for his last days. You won’t want to miss a moment of this heartbreaking episode.
All For Oscar
Oscar (Garren Stitt) can barely stay awake for more than a few hours at a time, but he’s come to a quiet acceptance about his impending death, as have his family and friends.
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) finally got Cameron (Will Lipton) to stop avoiding Oscar and spend time with him. Tomorrow, Oscar has a special request of Cam and we bet it has something to do with this young lady they both care about so much.
Jason (Steve Burton) takes a break from worrying about Dawn of Day and all of Sonny’s troubles to visit his family home and see Oscar. However, he’s not prepared for what Oscar wants him to do. Can he give a dying boy one of his final wishes?
Carson Problems
Speaking of Sonny (Maurice Benard), he also takes a break from The Cult of Port Charles to see how his wife and unborn child are doing. He even plays Daddy to Avery as they both try to distract a worried Carly (Laura Wright).
Still, Carly wants to know what Sonny’s been up and what he’s trying to hide now and uses Avery to get the information.
New And Weird Romance?
Michael (Chad Duell) also takes a Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) break and finds himself in a very unusual encounter with Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). She seems to be on her back in the hospital and reminds Michael she knew she’d be bad for him.
(Or is he bad for her since all of his girlfriends end up dead, in Ferncliff, or behind bars? Hmmm…)

Finally, Lulu (Emme Rylan) is back in town after the shortest trip to Paris ever and surprises Peter. Will she even more surprised to learn he has a hot date with Maxie that night?
Nina (Michelle Stafford) sure is surprised and tries to get Maxie (Kirsten Storms) to nix the idea as she searches Crimson for the perfect dress.
However, Maxie just doesn’t want to hear it and determined to live her life as she wants. And, who is Nina to give advice considering her taste in devious men?
