General Hospital spoilers for Friday, September 18, 2020, reveal a shocking entrance, a missing child, a surprising diagnosis, and so much more. You won’t want to miss an explosive moment of this new episode.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

Robert (Tristan Rogers) is backed into a corner with Ethan (Nathan Parsons) but when the villain does the usual monologuing as villains are wont to do, something he says confirms in Robert’s mind that Holly is indeed alive. But then Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) arrives on the scene with a long gun, cementing her brand new Bond Girl status — watch out everyone!

But that’s not the only drama. At the cabin, Ava (Maura West) freaks out to Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) because Avery is missing. She’s right to flip out but is Nik the right one to confide in? Sure, they had a little thawing in their war, but is it possible her no-good husband may be behind her troubles? She’d better find out before Sonny does.

Mourning Mike

Sonny continues to romanticize his father’s life, which is to be expected. He tells Carly that even to the end, Mike (Max Gail) had to keep his word. Jason (Steve Burton) does too, especially with Carly. It looks like that now has to extend to being there for her daughter as he helps console Joss (Eden McCoy). Of course.

Stella (Vernee Watson) is also in mourning but that doesn’t seem to matter to her nephew. Curtis (Donnell Turner) loses his temper with Stella and he will probably regret that. Or at least he should.

Poor Alexis

Thankfully, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is finally getting her wrist looked at as she meets with Portia (Brook Kerr). It seems the good doctor figures out what’s going on because Alexis wants to know what condition Portia thinks she has. Meanwhile, Alexis’s girls are having a time of it as Cyrus (Jeff Kober) taunts Sam (Kelly Monaco).

Elsewhere, Molly (Haley Pullos) is caught off guard. It looks like it has something to do with her one-night stand. Brando (Johnny Wactor) tells her maybe they should just tell TJ (Tajh Bellow) the truth. Is she ready to do that? General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
