General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, August 4, 2020 reveal confrontations, interruptions, and deep sadness. You won’t want to miss a dramatic moment in this all-new episode.
Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is confrontational with Nina (Cynthia Watros) after the latter blew her away in court. Nelle goes in for the kill but Nina’s hardly a shrinking violet and suggests that Nelle get her facts straight first. But the bigger question remains — when will Nelle see her necklace and figure out she has the perfect weapon to manipulate her boss?
Speaking of master manipulators, Cyrus (Jeff Kober) runs into Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) at General Hospital and she has words for him, letting him know whatever his plan is for her and Port Charles — it won’t be as easy as he thinks. Will Cyrus be intimidated or more likely amused by her grandstanding?
Carly (Laura Wright) comes home after Michael’s custody hearing to find a distraught Sonny (Maurice Benard). He has a terrible decision to make and it’s breaking his heart. Luckily, the cavalry is also around — everyone’s BFF, Jason (Steve Burton).
Jason catches Carly up on what Sonny has been dealing with over at Mike’s (Max Gail), and while he knows it’s a lot to ask, there’s no one else who can do it. The end is near for Mike and decisions have to be made. Who will help Sonny find the strength to do what his father needs?
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Martin (Michael E. Knight) strategize about their next move in their quest to have Valentin take over ELQ. It seems their next target is Sam McCall! But considering the fact that she hates Valentin, that might not be as easy as he thinks.
That takeover is also the big topic of conversation at the Q mansion, of course. Ned (Wally Kurth) is fed up with this threat and announces to Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) that it’s high time they find out who the person is who poses it. Why look, Ned, it’s Brook Lynn interrupting. Whose side will she choose? General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
