General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, April 7, 2020, reveal a day of threats and promises kept. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.
In a surprise move, Cyrus keeps his word and TJ (Tajh Bellow) is finally released in front of General Hospital. He’s immediately admitted and it won’t take long for Chase (Josh Swickard) to arrive on the scene, wanting to know if he can identify the kidnappers. Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) is also there with Curtis (Donnell Turner). She calls Cyrus a monster and vows she will kill him.
It doesn’t take long for the good word to spread. Sam (Kelly Monaco) lets her younger sister Molly (Haley Pullos) know that it’s time for her to get dressed because they’re headed to the hospital. Will all be forgiven when Molly learns what really happened to TJ? And will she be filled with regret for her behavior while he was missing?
Jordan isn’t the only one wanting to rid the world of Cyrus (Jeff Kober). Jason (Steve Burton) holds his ground when he runs into the recently-released mobster. Cyrus sizes up Sonny’s righthand man and tells him this meeting is long overdue. But will Cyrus survive their meeting?

Sonny (Maurice Benard) has left Jason to deal with Cyrus as he has other fish to fry. He drops by the garage he set the young man up with and realizes he has reason to worry about Brando (Johnny Wactor). He tells him to watch his back.
Carly (Laura Wright) is pushed to her limit when she hears where Michael’s (Chad Duell) head is at regarding the custody battle for Wiley. She lets Michael and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) know that this mess with Nelle (Chloe Lanier) started with her (remember, Nelle came to town wanting revenge against Carly!), and she’s going to be the one to end it.
Michael’s next move may involve a certain ceremony with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). In the meantime, his good friend pays Nina (Cynthia Watros) a visit. Her interest is piqued when she sees Nina’s half of the mother/daughter necklace. Uh oh! Wow, is this loose thread really being picked back up again? General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC.
