General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, November 12, 2020, reveal a promise, a confession, a confrontation, and so much more. You won’t want to miss an explosive moment of this new episode.
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) may have been shocked when Franco (Roger Howarth) dropped his tumor truth bomb on her, but she bounces back quickly and is determined. She works in the medical field, there has to be an answer out there for her husband – she will not sit back and watch him die. Franco tells her there’s a fate that’s worse than death.
Death is a Cyrus (Jeff Kober) specialty, which Port Charles will likely learn sooner rather than later. Brando (Johnny Wactor) is right in the thick of things as he accompanies his new boss to the Metro Court. But as he stands by Cyrus, something happens to cause the mobster to tell him they’ll just have to rectify that situation.
What could the situation be that has Cyrus issuing threats? A few things happen while there. Do people see something going down with Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) again? She wants to know what’s expected of her in return — is that Cyrus on the other side of the table, as spoilers reveal that Nina (Cynthia Watros) confronts Cyrus while Brando makes a promise to Carly.
Could Brando be offering to keep Sasha out of trouble? Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) grabs Jax (Ingo Rademacher) and it looks like she tells him she has news. Has their coverup about Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) death hit a snag that could get them both in big trouble?
Chase (Josh Swickard) knows a little bit about Nelle and trouble but this time he’s the one looking to come clean. It looks like he chooses Brook Lynn (Briana Lane) of all people to whom he’ll bear his soul. He also tells her she’s not getting off that easy. If he does tell Brook Lynn about his farce with Sasha, will she tell him to pursue Willow?
He’d better act fast if he does. Michael (Chad Duell) receives an important document and once with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), it looks like they are redecorating a room. Things look a little flirty as she tells him they can’t trust strangers with such an important task. Will they get dirty (and closer) doing the work themselves?
