General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, October 10 promise a day of confrontations and hard decisions for your favorite Port Charles pals. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.
Where Do His Loyalties Lie?
Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) has a flash drive full of memories and can attempt to use them to bring down Sonny (Maurice Benard), but she’s attempting to go the semi-old-fashioned way using Drew’s brain, which has the same memories as the flash drive.
To that end, she once again tries to convince Drew (Billy Miller) to use what’s inside his head to help bring down Sonny.
However, what’s inside his head are memories of being Sonny’s best friend, and he was even Sonny’s best friend when he thought he was Jason (Steve Burton).
Of course, when the real Jason returned, Sonny and Carly dumped him like a hot potato, so perhaps his loyalties have changed.
He’s resisted Margaux’s persistence before, but does he still feel the same?
And, perhaps Oscar (Garren Stitt) is more important to him now and he needs to tell Margaux what’s going on so she maybe drops this. For now. It doesn’t look like Margaux will ever give up.
Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright), Jason, and Mike see Margaux as a big threat that Sonny is still not taking it all seriously. Or, perhaps his guilt is getting to him.

Mike’s guilt is also getting to him and he voices his concerns about everything that’s been going on. But, does he remain lucid?
Oscar’s Giving Up
As for Oscar, he has another confrontation with Kim (Tamara Braun) as she tries to convince him to undergo the experimental treatment. When she insists he’s not dying, Oscar insists that he is.
Spoilers also say that Oscar spends some time with Elizabeth. Will she have any words of wisdom for him?
More Than We Know?
Finally, Finn (Michael Easton) and his father have it out. Finn is willing to treat his father, but nothing more. However, he’s taken aback when his father demands he stop holding a decades-long grudge.
Is there more to this grudge than just a widower marrying too soon after his wife’s death? How much do we really know about Chase’s mother?
