General Hospital spoilers for Friday, March 19, 2021, reveal surprise encounters, a heated confrontation, an unfortunate intervention, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a shocking moment of this new episode.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) has been primed by Liesl (Kathleen Gati) to complete the mission and kill Peter (Wes Ramsey) — he has his gun handy and Peter has shown up as they planned, thanks to their fake Maxie text. But spoilers say Sam (Kelly Monaco) intervenes and that Peter makes an unlikely ally. None of this sounds like it is mission complete!

The fallout from Peter’s latest crime, killing Franco, continues to wreak havoc as Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Carly (Laura Wright) have words. An incredulous Carly wants to know why Liz is so sure that Jason (Steve Burton) is guilty. Will Carly’s words break through to Liz or will things between these two former rivals just get worse?

Daddy Dearest

Finn tells Chase (Josh Swickard), who must have taken Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) advice to go see his bro/dad, that he wants to run the paternity test again. Could that be because his DNA is so close to the other contender — his own father? Or does Finn simply know how unreliable DNA tests are in soap towns?

The DNA showdown has Jackie (Kim Delaney) in a bad way as she runs into Robert (Tristan Rogers). He can tell something huge has happened in her life. She’s probably feeling horrible after Harry’s rejection so Robert offers a shoulder for her to cry on. Could it lead to more for these two exes?

A Past Returns?

Phyllis (Joyce Guy) continues to counsel poor Smike (Maurice Benard). She’s worried about his having used the expensive items he was wearing to help them out since they are the only things that connect him to his past. Phyllis is stunned by a surprise visitor. Could this be where Nina (Cynthia Watros) was headed when she left Port Charles?

Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) dance card had one less with Nina’s departure but enter Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton)! He’s in shock to see her again. He thinks they have a lot to catch up on — does she let him get a gander of what’s been brewing while she’s been away?

Meanwhile, Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) talks with Ned (Wally Kurth) about his daughter. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
